Customer Reviews Widget¶
Showcase customer testimonials in an attractive, scrollable carousel. Each review can display an avatar, the reviewer's name, a title, the review text, a star rating, and a date — a great way to build trust with social proof.

Add it to your page¶
- In your BigCommerce admin, open Storefront → My Themes and click Customize to launch Page Builder.
- In the left Widgets panel, find Customer Reviews | PapaThemes Beautify.
- Drag it onto the spot on your page where you want the reviews to appear.
- The widget appears with four sample reviews. Click it to open the settings panel and edit them.
Settings¶
All settings live inside the Reviews list — there is one entry per review.
Reviews¶
This is the repeatable list of reviews. Each entry is labeled Review.
- Add a review with the Add button at the bottom of the list.
- Remove a review using its delete icon.
- Drag reviews by their handle to reorder them.
Each review has a Content tab with the options below.

Tips¶
Keep reviews consistent
Use a similar length for each review's text and the same avatar style across all entries so the carousel looks balanced.
- The carousel shows three reviews at a time on desktop and one at a time on mobile, with swipe and dot navigation handled automatically.
- Use square avatar images so they fit neatly inside the round avatar circle.
- Put the customer's name and the date together in the Author field for a credible, dated testimonial.
- Set Rating to Hide if you only want to show written testimonials without stars.
